1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account & acceptable use

• You must be 16+ and provide accurate registration information.
• Do not post unlawful, harassing, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not upload personal information of third parties without consent.

3. AI Sidekick

Responses from our AI Sidekick are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate. They are general information only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not share PII or confidential material.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant IntegrityAI a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content within the platform and to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service.

5. Spam Act 2003 (Cth) consent

By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails (course updates, security alerts) and occasional educational newsletters. All marketing messages include a functional unsubscribe link, and you can manage preferences in Account → Notifications.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, IntegrityAI is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
