IntegrityAI Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash, organisation.
• Usage data: courses enrolled, lessons completed, forum posts, Sidekick conversations.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device for security and analytics.

2. How we use it (APP 6)

To deliver and personalise the learning experience, moderate community content, respond to support requests, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.

3. Cross-border disclosure (APP 8)

Our backend is hosted on Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) in the Australia (Sydney) region. AI inference may transit through Lovable AI Gateway to model providers (Google) in the United States — only the text of your prompt is transmitted, never identifying account metadata.

4. Storage & security (APP 11)

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security policies. We retain data only while your account is active plus 30 days after deletion.

5. Your rights (APP 12 & 13)

You can export or delete your data at any time from Account → Privacy. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Email privacy@integrityai.com.au for any access, correction, or complaint requests.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. No third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

IntegrityAI is intended for users 16 years and older.

8. Changes

We will notify members of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.

9. Complaints

Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
